- The internet can be a scary place - and it's important to us that you know how to keep yourself safe! Check out our resources which share some key tips on how you can stay safe when using the internet.
- There may be times where we have to ask other people to get involved, especially if we think that there is a risk of you getting hurt. We will only get other people involved where we absolutely have to, and our mentors are bound by our confidentiality agreement - we all want to keep your personal information safe.
- When contacting us, we may ask for more information about you and your situation. It's important that you know that you are in control and just because we have asked, does not mean you have to tell us. You don't have to tell us anything that you don't want to.
