Sexuality

Sexuality, or sexual orientation, is how we as people define who we are attracted to and who we like. There are many different types of sexuality that fall into the LGBTQ+ family, and they help us to understand whether we are attracted to people of the opposite sex, the same sex, or both sexes, or experience no attraction at all. 

Sexuality is not as black and white as that, however, and there are many different ways that we can express who we love. It can take some time to understand our sexuality, so don’t worry if you haven’t worked out who you are attracted to yet.
